With more than 11 city-operated indoor arenas, over 70 tennis courts, at least 40 public and private golf courses in the region and countless soccer fields, baseball pitches and indoor pools, London offers an abundance of sports and recreational options to its residents.

As well, more than 60 km of trails crisscross the city providing year-round options for walking, running, hiking, biking and roller blading.

Sport enthusiasts can enjoy the the London Knights first class hockey at the John Labatt Centre, the London Majors Baseball at Labatt Park (believed to be the "World's Oldest Baseball Park in continuous use in its original location) and a host of other spectator sports including basketball, diving, lacrosse and ice skating.

Recently launched in London is the Forest City Sport and Social Club, the first multi-league sports and social club in this area, with an emphasis on the social. These co-ed leagues are for adult players only and members enjoy fantastic deals from sponsor partners in the city.  This is a fantastic way for new people to the city to achieve a great quality of life and experience a strong sense of community and connection to London.  It is also a fun way for all Londoners to unwind, get active, meet lots of people and make new friends.
